Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Wovo. They cover what you can expect from the service and what we expect from you. We've kept them plain.
Last updated June 5, 2026
1. Who we are
Wovo (“Wovo,” “we,” “us”) is a product of 187 Studio. It lets you deploy HTML pages from any AI tool or terminal and keep them as a versioned, organized, shareable library. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use Wovo.
2. The service
Wovo stores the HTML you deploy, snapshots a new version on every deploy (old versions are retained, the current one is served), and gives each page a shareable link. You control each page’s access level — public, team, private, or password-protected — your workspace’s visibility (private, unlisted, or public), and whether a public page is listed in the community gallery. Wovo is in active development; we add, change, and occasionally remove features.
3. Your account
You need an account to deploy and manage pages. Authentication is handled by our identity provider; you’re responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Each workspace has a deploy token that lets tools publish on its behalf — treat it like a password, keep it secret, and rotate it in settings if it’s ever exposed. You’re responsible for everything deployed with your token. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use Wovo.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of Wovo — and everything you deploy — must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: nothing illegal, malicious, deceptive, or abusive, and don’t use Wovo to harm the service or other people. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break those rules.
5. Your content
You own what you deploy. Wovo claims no ownership of your pages. To run the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and serve your content as needed to host it, version it, and deliver it over the links and visibility settings you choose — including showing public, listed pages in the community gallery. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies retained briefly in backups or as required by law.
You’re responsible for your content: you represent that you have the rights to deploy it and that it doesn’t violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or anyone else’s rights.
6. Versions and availability
Every deploy creates a new immutable version; we retain prior versions so a bad deploy is recoverable, subject to the limits of your plan. We aim to keep Wovo available and your pages served, but during beta the service is provided as is, without uptime guarantees. We may impose technical limits (for example, per-page size and per-workspace page caps, and deploy rate limits) to keep the platform healthy; current limits are described in the Acceptable Use Policy and the docs.
7. Plans and billing
Wovo is free while in beta. Paid plans are not yet purchasable; any pricing shown is informational until checkout is available. When paid plans turn on, we’ll show prices and terms at the point of purchase, and your continued use of a paid feature after that constitutes agreement to those terms. We’ll give reasonable notice before charging for anything that is free today.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Wovo and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or terminate access — and remove or disable content — if you violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Where practical we’ll give notice, but for severe or time-sensitive issues (such as illegal content, malware, or phishing) we may act first and explain after.
9. Disclaimers
Wovo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content will always be preserved. You’re responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 187 Studio and Wovo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 187 Studio and Wovo from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you deploy or from your violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Wovo evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, give notice. Continuing to use Wovo after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at 187 Studio’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction there, except where mandatory local law gives you other rights.
